Two women entrepreneurs, Ping Wang and Vickie Yanjuan Chen, have successfully raised $40 million for their upcoming mission. Their goal is to create the best platform for an all-inclusive global game competition. Ping and Vickie are the co-founders of the gaming startup AviaGames. The startup was founded in the year 2017, and in 2019 they had launched a highly successful gaming platform known as Pocket7Games. The founders have a high level of gaming experience and have influenced multiple women across the gaming platforms. The co-founder of ACME Capital, Hany Nada, had joined the board of directors (AviaGames) along with the founders. 

Noor Al-Khadra

The Saudi entrepreneur, Noor Al-khadra, has entered the world of game creation very recently. Being influenced by games from the age of six, Noor has successfully launched a platform for kids known as Robonetica. The platform helps kids to learn how to code robots through video games. She has also launched a YouTube channel at the start of 2019, where she reviews multiple games and tech-based devices. She has broken multiple stereotypes surrounding the gender of a gamer. From being the only woman in her class to kick-starting a video games event company WeGeek, Noor has made a mark in the gaming sector.

Rina Onur Sirinoglu is the CEO and co-founder of a mobile gaming startup named Spyke Games. She is also the co-founder of Peak Games, which is an Istanbul-based mobile gaming company. She has successfully helped with the growth of the company and finally sold it to Zynga for an amount of $2 billion. She aims to create one of the biggest gaming companies in the world and wants to include women in the process of developing games.

Christelle D’cruz discovered the power of the gaming sector while working at a YCombinator-funded company called TapToLearn. Christelle had met the co-founders of SuperGaming while she was working at TapToLearn. From an educational game developer to being a co-founder, Christelle has gained a lot of experience. Along with Navneet Waraich (the present CTO of SuperGaming) and Sanket Nadhani, the team of co-founders was complete. 

Harsha Sachdeva 

Harsha Sachdeva is the founder of Funnearn. She believes that gender-based bias is not just limited to business or the gaming industry; it is almost everywhere. Her company workspace consists of 85 percent females. “She states that the ratio of women gamers is very less in her country (India).” With the help of her company Funnearn, Harsha wants to build an inclusive and exciting space for women, uses the creative minds of women, and contributes to the ever-growing gaming space.

Most people working in the gaming industry are interested in games. But not everyone is a hardcore gamer like Amber Dalton. Amber is the senior director of sales at Twitch. Twitch is a live streaming service that is owned by Amazon. Amber brings together all the influencers and gamers into the space for events all around the world. She is also the co-founder of a community made just for all the competitive females out there. PMS Clan was founded by Amber and her twin sister Amy Brady in 2002. Amber has also ranked in some of the top games like Halo 2 and Gears of War.

Keisha Howard has described herself as a geek and has contributed a lot to the gaming sector. She has started the inclusive tech community called Sugar Gamers to encourage all the underrepresented groups around the world. She co-owns a production company, LiveCGI, where she creates custom AR avatars. Keisha loves robot fights and works with event coordination and social media. Women are inspired by Keisha’s contribution to the industry.

This includes hard fun, easy fun, serious fun, and people fun to describe challenge, curiosity, excitement, and amusement, respectively. By understanding the gaming experience of the players, she creates some of the best games ever.
