“Sugar cravings have always been trouble during my weight loss journey but now I am very meticulous about my food choices and I do not restrict myself. If I feel like having a piece of cake, I will have it but I may limit my consumption to a smaller portion instead or pick a healthier option like having low-calorie ice-creams instead or try stevia instead of sugar. ” – Khushali
