The mission of happy vibes health is for women to reclaim their natural wisdom for their bodies, especially because we women are natural people-pleasers and often disconnect from the message that our body tries to convey.

Menopause makeover

“Many of our sisters don’t realize the hormonal fluctuations; for menopause along, there are officially 37 symptoms recognized as being caused by the transition. 

As a health coach, I work with women so that they can examine their nutrition, activity level, and spirituality. With the menopause makeover, we try to consider her as an individual, and what her goals are, the obstacles are preventing them, and then reverse engineer those to help her function smoother to conquer her dreams”- Shari. 

Halting hot flashes

“75% of women going through peri-menopause don’t escape from experiencing hot flashes.”

A couple of hacks to halt hot flashes are :

  • Reduce stress, stimulating the inflammation in our body.
  • Eat nutritious food, limit inflammatory foods like sugar
  • Be mindful and calm your body by engaging in practices like yoga and meditation
