A Quick Healthy Pancake  Recipe 

Healthy pancakes can be a great option for breakfast or brunch as they provide a balanced and nutritious start to the day. 

Here is a 5-minute quick recipe to make tasty pancakes at home. 

Healthy pancakes recipe

1 ripe banana, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, vanilla extract, Pinch of salt


Nuts, or your favorite fruits and maple syrup.

Ingredients  for toppings

In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork.

Step 1

Add the eggs and whisk together until well combined.

Step 2

Add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and optional vanilla and sweetener, and stir until a batter forms.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan.

Step 4

Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook until both sides are golden.

Step 5

Serve with your desired toppings. Enjoy!
