1 cup of spinach or kale, 1 ripe banana, 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp of honey, 1/2 tsp of grated ginger, 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or unflavored), 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, add water until you reach your desired consistency.
