How To Make Eggless Muffins At Home

Eggless muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that everyone can enjoy. Here is a quick recipe for making eggless muffins at home. 

Yummy Eggless Muffins At Home

2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted, 3/4 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup yogurt ( can use vegan yogurt), 1/4 cup applesauce

Ingredients

Fresh berries, Chocolate chips, Nuts, & Whipped cream

Topping Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line with muffin cups.

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and fresh berries.

Step 2

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, yogurt and applesauce.

Step 3

Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Step 4

Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full with the batter.

Step 5

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Step 6

 Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 7

Enjoy the muffins with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle some chocolate chips for a decadent treat.
