Like all of us, Meghan also has a sweet taste. In an interview with Best Health, she said, "Because I work out the way I do, I don't ever want to feel deprived. I feel that the second you do, that is when you start to binge on things. It's not a diet; it's lifestyle eating."
Here, we will be revealing how to make Meghan's favourite banana bread at home with just a few ingredients.
3 ripe bananas- mashed, 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 teaspoon baking soda, Pinch of salt, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, vanilla, and ground ginger. Stir in flour until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
